They didn’t pay any attention to my order. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich delux with bacon and no tomatoes or lettuce. I got tomatoes and lettuce and got charged for bacon I didn’t even receive. The associate that took the order out to me in curbside asked me “why I didn’t pull into a spot closer?” Like I needed to for him to walk a few extra steps. This store is ridiculous and I remember why I don’t bother coming anymore.

Not sure what is going on with this chicfila location, they used to be great but have gone down hill fast over the last few weeks. I ordered a cool wrap and they said they didnt have any, and asked if i wanted anything else. I said i would take a cobb salad instead and they said they couldnt do that either bc of a price difference (I also offered to give them a cash difference to make up for it which they said they couldn't do). Bottom line, they didnt feel like making my food.

Visited this location at the peak of their lunch rush and it took longer than usual to receive our food. We were content waiting but Ms. Bessy in the lobby made the wait even easier with her sweet servants heart. She addressed us multiple times offering refills. I noticed her also helping multi people throw away trash, get seated with their young kids, and hold the door that continued to open. She came back to us and offered to bring our youngest son a place mat, even secured it to the table for him and then offered to see how much longer our food had. This has got to be the most horrific Chick-fil-A ever. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to us. Just know you’ll be in the drive through line forever I mean 30 ++ minutes and your order will be wrong 95% of time. It’s a sad excuse for a Chick-fil-A The owner really needs to fix all the problems before his business gets even worse,.
