I looooove this place. The only reason I'm making a review is because my meal was wrong for the first time in abt a year of coming here and it was still amazing. Normally I get my little #3 combo and it's always fresh and too good to wait until I get home. Today I went and got my same meal but ended up with some double patty with onions and lettuce. I HATE fast food lettuce with a passion, it tastes stale and like its been sitting or cooked previously. However, I took one look at the burger and decided why not. I annihilated the entire thing. I come to this location often and it is normally a hit and miss but today was amazing. I ordered the hot mess single Patty Burger. The burger was beautifully made was nice and hot and delicious. It was so good that I had to call the staff and tell them great job. That was one of the best burgers I ever had from them and thank you for having a smile on their face. I went back to Jack in the Box in the evening. The food was still hot and fresh. I found out the cook who's name is Brittany is also the manager. This jack in the box has the worst customer service and is never able to give the correct food..keep in mind they were not busy at all don’t recommend to go their Also keep in mind that the restaurant is dirty needs a lot of cleaning

We ordered a bacon Swiss buttery Jack meal, ultimate bacon cheeseburger meal, kids meal, two tacos, an egg roll and some poppers. Girl on intercom confirmed entire meal. Total was $41 something. When we got to the window. We recieved all three drinks, but the two bags we got were feeling a little light. So, I checked to make sure we recieved all food. The following items were missing: two large curly fries, buttery Swiss burger, and the ultimate cheese burger only had one patty and appeared not to have bacon. We informed them our order was wrong.
