I went to this location for breakfast. My husbands order was correct, mine was not. I order a jalapeño sausage egg biscuit with no cheese and hashbrowns. My hashbrowns were old and I could tell they had been thrown back into the grease to “reheat” them. They were full of oil and hard with no potato inside, just fried to a crisp. They put cheese on my biscuit. I called and spoke with a manager and was told to bring in my receipt any time for a replacement meal and ask for Yuli. The day I went in for my replacement meal, I explained to the cashier why I was there and asked for Yuli the manager.

Have you come in here and met Jasley yet, she is all about customer service, and what a personality. Just chitchatting away with customers that’ll give here the time. It’s refreshing to she a young person like Jasley still able to converse with others, because most young folks are tied to their phones. Great job Jasley.

This location is kind of a mess ngl. If your doordashing, or even if you order online, most of the time they won't start making the food until you ask the register, and it takes forever. What's the point in ordering ahead on the app, if you won't have the food ready when you get there? I ordered something small like 15 minutes ahead and when I got there it wasn't ready, and I had to wait 15 minutes more. And one person who ordered at the register while I was waiting got their food before me.. and some of the employees are rude, especially to delivery drivers. They don't give you updates if it'

Adam is drive thru is very good at his job and one of the best fast food workers Ive ever encountered. He takes pride in his job. Fast, friendly, and very competent. Seems like he is management material imo.
