Stopped in today for lunch with my parents and the tables were dirty and remained dirty even as we were leaving garbage on the floors, ice coffee and beverages either empty or almost empty. Soup was packed in the bag with other items and the soup just popped open and started leaking all over the food, floor by the drink machine is sticky the counters even are sticky. Good luck finding a clean table Been here over an hour and no cleaning done anywhere in the dining room. And the place is empty and the kitchen is slow shouldn’t be this dirty The tuna sandwich had almost no tuna on it… such

One guy taking 7 minutes and counting still in the drive through after he paid is kinda ridiculous not having him pull forward just holding everything up makes me regret doing an online order for pickup through the drive through. Not sure whybi thought this would be faster and of course im stuck because of the curb and the line of cars behind me

Place was seriously so dirty. I haven’t had Panera in so long and honestly I’ll prob never have it again. You guys are famous for your bread bowls and you only had one left? That’s insane. Sandwich wasn’t good either. But on the bright side I didn’t get food poisoning:)

Completely messed up our order. Instead of a sandwich my son received burnt toast. My sandwich was an absolute mystery as to what they actually put in it. My husband's sandwich was missing all the extras we paid for. Employees do not care and it's a reflection of their management. Will never waste money on Panera again.
