Really yummy! We tried the apple lychee croissant and the mango sticky rice kouign amann. The apple lychee croissant is what you'd expect, but still really good; lots of apple slices, a little cinnamon, and some lychee mixed in. The mango sticky rice kouign amann was the standout! Fresh mango filling and a thin layer of sticky rice inside the pastry. Would definitely get again. They were sold out of a good amount of pastries by 1:30pm (as expected since they close at 2) so we'll definitely need to stop by again to try their other goodies! The owner was super sweet and kind as well.

What a nice and unique bakery in Downtown San Diego! The mochi-sant and mochi biscuit brought much moist unlike the conventional croissants and biscuits. Mango Sticky Rice Kouign-amann actually had more than the mango– had the sticky rice on the bottom! We were late to grab a breakfast mochi biscuit sando and got a regular breakfast sando but even that was spectacular! Amazing service adds even more to the great baked goods. Looking forward to going back!

I also got freshly baked portuguese egg tarts, also a banger. My friend got apple and lychee croissants which she liked a lot. There were chucks of apples from a bite i took. The owner was really kind and i could tell they use fresh fruits and make a lot of things from scratch. Would definitely recommend this place and i’m coming back for the ube egg tarts that i

INCREDIBLE! Bruno is an out-of-this-world talent! 3 thoughts go through my mind when I’m eating these pastries that food has never inspired: 1) This should be way more expensive; 2) I need to go back and change all my other 5-star Google reviews to be 3 stars because this is truly 5 stars; 3) This pastry makes me believe in the divine. I was in SD for a convention and stumbled upon this bakery on my first day, and came back many more times. Everything is amazing, but some standouts for me: Mango sticky rice kouign amann, apple lychee croissant, corn zucchini quiche. He also makes delectable sa
