JENNIFER DAVIS★★★★★I went in here to get one thing, but asked the counter person what her favorite was and she said the lemon rosemary tart with no hesitation. So, I ditched plan A and went with the lemon rosemary tart. I’m glad I did. It was so silky and the rosemary was not overpowering which tends to happen more often than I’d like. Good service, great tart, quaint and cozy inside. (The inside didn’t change much from the previous shop, 20th Century Cafe.)
