The customer service needs work. Whenever I come here, it’s usually the same lady at the register. Jodi is very passive aggressive, especially those towards a specific demographic. Don’t really care as long as you don’t overstep, but if you’re miserable maybe consider a job change if you don’t like interacting with customers who aren’t the “typical people” you are used to. Attitude fix would probably help as well. It gets pretty busy here and while I understand wait times are longer than usual, you would think employees work diligently. They always stand around waiting for something to do, or

The early girls that come in 5-7am are nice but the big older one that comes in after that has a nasty attitude. She should stay home or do McDonald’s drive through or something

They always leave a gap at the top. I got coolattas three times during summer last year but they left a gap everytime, I stopped going after that. Went today thinking/hoping they have learned how to fill a cup, but I left disappointed. And the baristas are full of attitude, they are rude to customers but friendly to each other. It's like customers are interrupting their super serious conversations. Not going back ever again!
