I ordered a hot chai latte that was warm not hot when I received it. I brought it back letting them know it is warm when it should be hot. They shrugged their shoulders and handed it back. I say that's sub standard drink quality and poor customer service. I was not about to engage conversationally with a staff that speaks very limited English. I spent near $4 on the beverage.

Stopped by this Dunkin' yesterday with my family and it wasn't great. A few employees walked past the register without even saying hello. We waited for several minutes, even though there wasn't a line, and it wasn't until several minutes later that a female employee finally took our order. We wanted wake-up wraps, but they were out, which is weird because it's a pretty common item. So we asked if they had chicken wraps, and she ran over to the kitchen to ask.
