I ordered JUST bacon at the drive thru for some extra protein pre gym and they made it fresh without me even asking! My daughter and I stopped in for a blueberry donut and a grilled cheese sandwich. It was maybe 4:00. I was asked twice what I ordered after I already had ordered. As it is, it took a little too long to even get acknowledged that I was waiting to order. The young man was a little busy, taking care of and chatting with some friends that were hanging around. My daughter said the bathroom was so disgusting that she felt gross and no toilet paper. To top it off, she got food poisoning from the blueberry muffin that she ate. Shoutout to the manager/employee Jericha at Dunkin at 1204 broadway that helped me today. One of her employees gave me an iced latte with burnt espresso, a common problem I have. I used to work at Dunkin and employees will brew a large amount of shots at once and then let the pot sit there until someone orders espresso. The problem with this method is, espresso is meant to be served EXPRESS. So it’s very obvious when my drink is made wrong. I politely asked her to remake it. She walked over to the espresso machine and walked back and handed me the same exact coffee! At this point the manager J
