Manager is rude and nasty constantly messing up orders and be mad at customer for their mistakes. Every single time I go they mess up order and have additude about it. They really suck and I can't understand why she is still employed. I see I'm not the only one complaining about her horrible customer service.

I've been here before having excellent results, in which a lady and gentleman went above and beyond for high customer expectations, this was not that time. A total 360, bought $3.29 bacon topped avocado toast, no slices like typical, little pieces of over cooked, hardly any bacon. Second time, same thing but not over cooked. Over baked carrot cake muffin, literally looks like someone pushed a finger in it while it cooled from the oven.

Today 1/28/2023 was the first time we have been to the 2 rush Schenectady ny location and when my daughter and granddaughter got their order there was a huge bit taken out of her bacon egg and cheese bagel. I would give them zero stars if I could. What type of people does this dunkin have working there.

the afternoon manager is unprofessional and nasty , my order was made incorrectly, i was told i can come in and get my order made over , and that’s what i exactly did and instead i called a liar
