We stopped in Dunkin for a quick breakfast during our layover. The employee who rang us up wasn’t friendly and was a bit hard to understand. The avocado toast and donuts we bought were decent. The coffee was good.

Did a quick stop at the ubiquitous Dunkin Donut at the airport. Fast food chains located in airports are not usually the best representation of the brand. Dunkin was a great example, it was very very average. We Ordered: - Dunkin Wrap. - Glazed Doughnut. - Chocolate Glazed Donut. - Double Chocolate Donut. - Iced Dunkalatte (Creamy Milk Blended With Expresso). The Dunkin wrap and the popular Iced Dunkalatte was the only decent thing we consumed and their signature doughnuts were mediocre and that’s me being nice. I always go here and this Elder Lady Ally usually wears different tops then others is always so rude! I just wanted milk in my coffee made it a big deal BASICALLY yelled in front of everybody that i needed to pay extra and that’s totally fine with me i don’t mind but don’t be rude to me because there was miscommunication between a worker and me! It’s the principle about how u treat costumers and obviously she has no customer service skills. I work for the Airport as well it’s crazy how she treats people who are in the same company as her i cannot imagine her with regular passengers. You don’t

Horrible service, doesn’t not honor app deals. Food served cold and out of order. Sometimes they call the item sometimes they called the order number. Complete chaos. Very slow service. The Apple fritter was just a donut with some gross appple jelly inside. This is a horrible location and needs to be closed down. DOES NOT REPRESENT THE DUNKIN BRAND
