Normally this had been a decent place. Today this soured. I did not receive my entire order. I was missing the sandwich from a you pick two order. I live about 20 minutes (each way) from the Sand City location so did not want to go back. Mistakes happen, no big deal, shouldnt be like pulling teeth to have this made right. Tried calling several times to ask for a refund, however the phone rang and rang and eventually disconnected. Note each call made was not during the busy hours. I am wondering if they care about the customers? Very unprofessional.

3/18/2026 Came in before work to order a sandwich. No staff at the cash register, so I ordered through self-service. Paid like $14.00. Then I went to the waiting area, where I saw a group of 7 people waiting for their food. After 15 minutes of waiting, I learned that someone had placed a large order before the group of seven people did. So you can imagine how many items need to be prepared. I also learned that only one staff member was preparing the sandwiches. One person is preparing food for more than ten customers. Originally, I gave service 1 star, but that was generous. The service was non-existent at the counter, even after calling out that we were ready to order. Finally, an employee was seen in the vicinity who said she couldn't help us because she was going on break. We asked her to get the manager. Manager Raquel was fabulous! She didn't just brush us off. She was sincerely apologetic for the poor service and said she'd talk to her staff. She went above and beyond to assist us. It's our first time at this location, but the manager's attention added stars and means we'll be sure to come back.

stopped in to study for a couple of hours and was hoping for a comfortable, focused environment. Unfortunately, the experience felt a bit neglected. Several tables had leftover messes that hadn’t been cleared, and the side door makes a loud screeching noise each time it opens, which was distracting while trying to work. At one point, a kitchen beeper sounded for a few minutes unattended, which added to the overall noise. My latte was adequate, though I was a little disappointed to receive it in a to-go cup after requesting dine-in. Not a major issue, but it contributed to the overall feeling
