Establish in 1892, it lays claim to the “Seattle’s oldest saloon.” I have been to the saloon for concerts, and it is a fantastic venue for live music. Today I stopped in for lunch. I ordered the tomato soup with grilled cheese. Wow it was delicious! The soup was lightly flavored with basil and parmesan cheese. The perfectly grilled sandwich was filled with two kinds of cheese. The atmosphere was dark but inviting and filled with Seattle music history. The service was
