I had the Beef Wellington cooked to perfection (Soooo Great!) with the most delicious Yukon Gold mashed potatoes I've ever had in my life. My wife had the Salmon Wellington and she looked very pleased. Chef Lance made an appearance and brought out our appetizer and anniversary dessert. It was great to meet him and the staff was superb. We appreciated the Anniversary flair shown to us. Thanks for a memorable anniversary dinner.
