Mortimer Thebear★★★★★After a wonderful day at the course, our buddy, Martin took us to Mando's. It's located in an inline shopping center so parking is limited. The little restaurant was busy with locals and has about 6-10 tables. You order your food at the counter and find a spot to eat. The staff is really nice and you get to see your food prepared in front of you, too. We had the Menudo and Pazole. They come with tortillas, limes, onions and cilantro with homemade tortilla chips. The Menudo and Pazole reminded me of eating at the in-laws. Perfect for a cold morning. Both soups were in huge portions that I too
