After a wonderful day at the course, our buddy, Martin took us to Mando's. It's located in an inline shopping center so parking is limited. The little restaurant was busy with locals and has about 6-10 tables. You order your food at the counter and find a spot to eat. The staff is really nice and you get to see your food prepared in front of you, too. We had the Menudo and Pazole. They come with tortillas, limes, onions and cilantro with homemade tortilla chips. Ran over to this spot as it was the *only* option in walkable distance from my event install. The ladies working the front were so kind and patient with my lack of Spanish. I ordered a bacon, egg , cheese on a torta and it was WAY better than expected. Local spot, with good food. I bet their lunch/dinner options are delicious!

Ive been coming here lately and getting the bacon cheese burger with fries. Sometimes i substitute the fries for rice because their rice is so fresh. It’s really yummy! And the bacon’s made just perfect and crispy! Thanks guys!
