The manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. I came here today to pick up two orders via Doordash. I waited well over 15 minutes before a female employee asked me again which orders I had. I tell her and she says "okay, I'm about to start working on those." They're clearly backed up, only accepting online orders at this point, turning away walk-in customers, and she's the only one working the grill (there were two other, male employees present; one kept going back and forth to the back kitchen, the other at the cash register.) Never experienced a bad visit or terrible customer service at Qdoba until this day April 20th, 2026 at the Southfield location. Very rude server with a strong face and they charged me + overcharged for they FREE QUESO on my entrée which by the way didnt even taste like they queso normally does, oh and lets not forget that terrible taste of chicken, just terrible. Will never return to this location, yeah I'll stick to going to Livonia and Allen Park location, thats for sure.

(SEE EDIT BELOW) The food is the same as any other location but the employees are rude, slow, talk on their cellphones in front of you, dont clean the restaurant or tables, will give you a small amount of an item so they don't have to replace the bin, stare at you blankly, etc. The bathrooms and the restaurant are also super dirty. EDIT, changed from 1 star to 5 stars (8/27/2024): I am happy to announce that since they totally redid this location, it has vastly improved. The restaurant is much cleaner and the employees are great. Good job Qdoba.
