Seated quickly and order taken within minutes. Food arrived fast and was very tasty. Server was on top of his game . Establishment was clean and well stocked. No complaints except one. We kept hearing a phone go off and was very annoying.

I do not post negative reviews. If I have an issue, I will take it up directly, but this was a to go order and not driving back. Likely ever. I have eaten at IHop forever, most have, but even with the current economy I cannot believe what I was provided for the $17 I paid. Cali chicken sandwich served on a "toasted roll" which is a sub roll. First, picked it up and half fell out including all the shredded cheese that was cold, out of fridge cold. This location is so much better than the Glenstone one. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were seated moments later. Steph was our server and she was amazing!! She was so friendly and welcoming. We wanted for nothing. She’s also sharp as a tack- she didn’t have to write anything down!!

We arrived around 12:50 and had to wait quite a while to be seated. After finally getting a table, it took even longer for our server to come take our order. Unfortunately, the service only got worse from there our server, Erin C. was extremely rude, which made the experience uncomfortable. She mentioned that she wasn’t supposed to be working and was on her own, and while I understand how stressful that can be (especially having worked in the service industry myself), it doesn’t excuse the level of service we received.
