I went in and ordered 3 simple food items. I waited 25 minutes!!! Because there was only one worker. She did all the drink orders that other people ordered after mine. Then she did mine and my Grilled Cheese was completely cold in the middle which never happened before at a Dunkin. Never coming back.

Great Place, very clean the Staff are very Welcoming and Friendly. Nice, atmosphere with wonderful Energy. I recommend this location for a cup of coffee and donuts, outside area to sit as well. ✨️💫✨️

I visited your store to pick up my order, and I was very disappointed with the hygiene and customer service experience. When I entered the store, nobody greeted me. One employee came from the back carrying a garbage bag. I showed him my order, but he did not respond and continued taking garbage outside. He then came back inside, picked up another garbage bag, and took that out as well. After handling the garbage, he immediately started preparing my sandwich without washing his hands or changing gloves. I found this extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for food preparation. I hope this issu

Had a terrible experience I was working a delivery route in Stamford when I would only have to make an order on 33 W. Broadway in Stamford 10 minutes prior when I got there my order wasn’t ready, and I was given a nasty attitude by the lady servicing my coffee!!! Not at all we mention that was made with regular coffee, not espresso. I could tell the difference cause I bought it several times.
