Don’t bother pre ordering on the app they won’t make it until after you arrive. I placed my order at 1:35 and I’ve been standing here waiting for 10 minutes. Editing my message to say my final wait time was 20 minutes for a coffee that I pre-ordered. These people made me late for work because of their incompetence. The employee tried to serve me a dairy milk latte after me waiting for 20 minutes when I ordered almond milk. The employee then underfilled my drink because he was too lazy to open a new carton of almond milk. He gave me about 2 inches of foam on top of my drink instead of the prop

Multiple times I stop in after they claim there open. Nobody there , I'm sitting outside in my vehicle now waiting for the guy to show up. It's 20 minutes past opening time. This is unacceptable business practice. The owner should be ashamed.

Shout-out to the wonderful woman in the drive-through today! She was so sweet and thoughtful with my kid, and it completely made our day. Excellent customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed!

So slow. Do not come here in the morning if you have somewhere to be. I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes for stuff bagels. There were two cars in front of me.
