We go all the time and the only thing I like is the chicken noodle soup, but 82% of the time it is COLD and 90% of the time there is hardly anything in it, one time I had one small carrot and 3 noodles. It costs 8.99 and it’s the only thing I have for dinner- they see I’m spending 65 bucks or more and get 4 other dinners for the husband and kids. I tried to figure out how I can say nicely - gimme HOT soup with carrots chicken and noodles. I tried saying, can I please have extra carrots so maybe if I’m standing there before I take it they will reach down to the bottom and give me hot carrots th

So funny to go to the checkout of a place that is way overpriced and be queued to leave the person taking my order (at the cash register) a tip, hahaha! Tip culture is fine for someone who actually does something but just jotting down my order and giving me a cup doesn't merit a tip, lol. Panera bread is the most overpriced place on earth and overrated.

First I ordered macaroni and there’s residue from some other food on my plate (second photo) then this is what I paid $17 for? Last time at Panera!! On top of the the cooks were sloppy on the back on their phones and the female that rung me was very rude.

I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and I have had these from Panera for years. What I got was nothing like what I am accustom to as far as quantity and quality. I did request the croutons be left off, and I know there’s not a lot to a Caesar salad, but this salad was small, the chicken was tasteless, and the Parmesan cheese was almost non existent. Instead of shaved or grated, I got powder. I am completely floored that I spent over $13 + delivery for a bowl of lettuce with unseasoned chicken and powdered cheese. Had I been in the restaurant I would have requested a refund and gone someplace else.
