This Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely disgusting they served my son and fiancé some old food and the gentleman with all the face tattoos decided he wanted to have an attitude with my fiancé when he was placing his order. This place is just over all disgusting and should not be open the managers all have horrible attitudes and the staff can never get orders right. This will be the LAST time we will be purchasing from Dunkin’ Donuts on honeypot road

Just dealt with some really rude customer service this one particular employee working there short little Hispanic lady gave me nothing but attitude. All I was trying to do was order some food and she wanted me to shout across the room with my order mind you I had a sore throat walking in and told her that if you can’t be courteous and have the decency to look at a customer when they are ordering something then maybe you shouldn’t be in customer service or dealing with anything to do with customer service she also said that I ordered one thing when I told her very slowly I did not want any egg

This place used to be good but then they hired new staff and what used to take 5 minutes now takes 15. It's absurd to have to wait so long and YOUR THE ONLY ONE IN LINE. Like what the hell, I shouldn't have to set aside 20-30 minutes (morning or afternoon) just to get a cup of coffee. I don't know why it's taking so long, other Dunkin don't take so long.

This location is the worst. I’ve been living near this location for three years and been working across the street from this location for two years. My co workers and I have never had a good experience with visiting this location. The customer service is horrible and if you're having a great day don’t visit this Dunkin because they will stare at you and cuss you out of your ask for help. I will never go back and will never recon anyone to visit this Dunkin.
