At 10:31am on Saturday 4-18-26. Younger blk woman working the drive through was passing my drinks to me on a drink carrier using one hand and all 4 drinks spilled into my car on my chest on my lap. I didn't even get a chance to grab the drink carrier from her. The young woman didn't apologize. Did not say sorry or anything. Then smiled in my face. I didn't say one word nothing at all. I got my food I asked for jelly and she had a whole attitude about it. Additionally while the window was open all you could smell was marijuana. Corporate McDonald's need to look at the footage on this day. My

Customer service is atrocious! They don’t know how to speak to people. Also just having your food laying around and then catching an attitude because you asked them to remake it after someone else took your food and left with it shouldn’t be a problem.

This location appears very old, run down and needs an update. Being new to the area, I was nervous about getting out of my car to go in. Drive through service took a long time, at least 20 minutes. I didn't realize I needed to pull to the front of the building to get my order and not the drive through pick up window! No one came to that window with my order. As for the food, it was ok. =(

So the only thing in my order that was fresh was my cookies and that's because I asked for fresh cookies. All of the sodas in the back and in the front yard like seltzer. For was not hot. I actually do like this location better than the Holland Road location though. Maybe this location had a bad day lol but I would go again
