Our mobile order reverted to the default setting. Consequently we were given the wrong order. After some back & forth they offered to redo our original customized order at no extra charge. We were satisfied. The atmosphere was simply a typical Jack establishment, nothing out of the ordinary, and it was clean. We would visit again if we're in the area (we don't live close to it).

Normally when I eat here the food is good. This last time, customer service was non existent. Ended up walking out without ordering anything. These people simply ignored anyone walking up to order. Even when called for, they continued to ignore ealk up customers. Non of the staff spoke any kind of English on top of it all....just another reason why I try not to spend my money here. The food is usually good....only reason to come back... .won't be back for a while....maybe they can train an actual staff properly who also speak English. I question the legality of their workers

It took over 30 minutes for the drive thru to handle 3 customers. I wasted over half my lunch just sitting on the drive thru. And over twice the price as McDonald's. If you want to wait as long as a sit down restaurant for your food, and pay just as much for low quality food, this is your spot.
