I truly enjoy visiting Panera Bread. The large self-order kiosks at the front make the ordering process quick and convenient. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared, and the staff members are always friendly and professional. I especially appreciate the two fireplaces, which create a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is plenty of seating available, making it a comfortable place to dine, work, or meet with friends. Meals are served promptly, which adds to the overall positive experience. Overall, it is a welcoming and well-managed location that I highly recommend.

One of the best locations we visited. Everything was prepared exactly as requested. The dining area is clean. Ample outdoor seating. Friendly staff.

The lady who took our order made us feel like she was doing us a favor. The Garbage area was overflowing and plates piled up for over an hour and it wasn't busy. Coffee was cold and only offered bitter, dark roast, and cold hazelnut. No light or medium and no offer to make any for our party of 10. My cheesesteak sandwich had about 1/8 oz of meat, it was awful. The pecan twist was at least 2 days old. Too bad, Paneras used to be the place of choice, always good. Now its the place to avoid. Our group spent about $150 andcwere very disappointed.

Workers were nice but forgot my drink and chicken on my chaser salad. Luckily I noticed the drink was not with my order right away, however I was home before I opened the bag and saw the chicken was missing. Go the Kirkwood location on Manchester instead
