I ordered the "choose two" of tomato basil blt and, after the counter person filled me in on some of the menu, a Greek salad without the chicken. The blt was a good, fresh, basic blt with good ingredient ratios (I'd want more tomato but that may be just me.) but I'd assumed that there'd be at least pesto if not fresh basil and there was zero basil flavor, so not a basil blt. It was ok. Nothing special. Food for our table of 5 came out in stages not all together. The menu and prices are standard for Panera Bread. The person who took our order could have been more knowledgeable and helpful. We had gift cards and we could not make the pay system work for us. The girl did not seem interested or helpful to try to help us. We tried and tried until we figured it out.

my soup was good but i felt personally victimized by the lack of caesar dressing that came with my order. had to eat 75% of my salad dry :( whoever packaged this deserves jail time. cmon man
