I will NOT be back to this location. I should have known NOT to buy a matcha from Dunkin’ Donuts anyhow, but still I bought one the last 2 days!!! Sooo overloaded with ice and most expensive cup of milk. I also had a staff member of mine go back and show how much ice was in the matcha I had 7 sips total; even though I had said “less ice “ and the manager said I complained yesterday that it had too much matcha powder and that was NOT what I had said, I said it’s tasted like straight up MILK! WOW I will officially be boycotting this location. Not the employee at the window rolling her eyes at me after THEY got my order wrong 😑 Not a big deal but just the fact that I wasn’t even being rude about it and still got that reaction was unnecessary. Thought her eyes were going to get stuck back there

I wish this location was more consistent with their iced decaf coffee! One day it's excellent, another day, just OK, and, like today's purchase, simply tasteless brown colored water, (all of which went down the kitchen sink drain along with my $10.56 cost). Less ice in the brew or a quick stir of the container after it will rectify the latter. Just a tip, just because it's decaf, doesn't mean we drinkers like it tasteless!!
