Found a thick worm looking bug in our bowl. The manager got us all a refund. Customer service when handling this situation could have been better but I appreciate all of our money was refunded. All of our appetites were immediately taken away, it was 1000% a worm without a doubt, had little legs and body grooves. All of us will never go back to this location or another location again. Genuinely so disgusting and disturbing.

We ordered catering from Qdoba for a large group - and I cannot recommend it more highly! There was more than enough food for our guests, and it was delicious. Everyone also appreciated the variety - they could make bowls with rice or lettuce or tacos or nachos. It was ready on time. Staff was fantastic and went above and beyond when they really didn't have to. The catering came with all the fuel, chaffing trays, and bins along with directions for how to use them/set them up. Very rude employees. I've been multiple times and I've had rude encounters every time. I'm finally leaving a review because I assumed the first couple times were just off days but no, the employees there are short with you and just flat out rude. I recommend driving longer to a different location because the employees here just make the whole experience awful. Food, specifically the protein, was also cold but if the service was better I'd be more lenient with that. Can't have cold food AND awful service.
