I placed an online order before heading over to the store and waited for almost 30 minutes before the food is ready. Double checked with the manager looking lady when arrived and was informed that there are two orders before me, which again took 30 minutes to prepare. Upon double checking with her, she was giving me an attitude stating to her employee “I’m making it now, I told him it will be ready in a sec”. As a fast food restaurant, this is unacceptable.

Tay was excellent at the drive through window. It was late but she was cheerful, polite and provided great service. The food is always well prepared at this location also, the flavor is a given but their items are built with care and rarely if ever look sloppy. This crew was awesome. THANK YOU!

Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made my visit much better. Customer service like hers truly makes a difference. Ordered in the mobile app and for pick up in the drive through. When we arrived we were informed that they were out of chips and cheese. They asked if we wanted sauce and I specified that ordered two of the avocado verde salsa packets on my mobile order. When we finally received the food it was NOT wrapped and food items were leaking into the bag. The food was already cold even though we waited for some time at the window. It was appallingly low quality even for a Taco Bell. AND they didn’t give me the salsa packets that I had to pay 30¢ each for. I know Taco Bell is known for low quality fast
