Everything was in place to be a great experience, yet I ended up having one of the worst burgers I’ve had in a very long time. This is a renowned park, with a beautiful structure and a strong reputation. Because of that, it is honestly shocking that a place like this would decide to serve a burger of such poor quality. It wasn’t just below average — it was truly awful. It almost feels like there is no concern at all, as if quality no longer matters. We came here for their Grad Nite event and they served people who had placed their orders way after us before serving us. Our order was number 118 and they had called number 150 before they even acknowledged our existence. This establishment doesn’t know how to provide real service. I’ve been to cheap fast food joints that have better customer service than this premium restaurant.

I'll give it a 4 even though we waited at least 1.5 hours to get the food. Food tasted solid enough and good selection. Fries were good. I had bacon cheeseburger. That was solid not spectacular. Came on Dec 30th, so I get the wait, but still felt they could have done better with their food delivery strategy. Did the all day dining; otherwise, would have been a total rip off.

Wouldn't let us order because they had a school in and was " too busy" to take orders even though the benches were half empty. Being in may on a sunny day this shouldn't be happening absolute joke
