My fellow Americans, Today I want to share my recent experience at Panera Bread at 152nd Street. Let me begin by saying that the employees were fantastic—professional, kind, and doing the best they can. My concern is not with them. My issue is with shrinkflation—and at this point, I’m not even sure the word fully captures what Panera Bread is serving. For a restaurant chain that began in The United States, at a time when we are shaped by poverty and struggles, you would think they would understand the importance of giving customers real value for their money. My table wqs dirty, i have to clean it with a napklin a some water. I placed my order on the tablet everything perfect. But when i recieved my order they forgot to put the Twister asiago crossaint. And after i was eating i realized that i was missing the twisted asiago so i went there and they forgot it from the order. They leave it on a side i recieved cold.

We go here very often because it’s convenient. However the service thru the drive thru is atrocious. They forget drinks. They have given me the wrong food. They don’t apply rewards. When we return they are unable to correct their errors. A total negative fiasco. Perhaps there needs to be someone in control that has leadership qualities.

As real as it gets★

I come here often but today will be my last day. I went through the drive-through to ask for the mini cookies and the girl said they were working so I asked her do you have any cookies and she’s like no so I just took off parked and got off because I know they always have some type of cookies and low and behold there were a bunch of cookies on the counter on display. It’s sad that they hire people are too damn lazy to want to serve you a freaking cookie it wasn’t even a difficult order. It was just cookies.
