Came on a Sunday morning, around 10:30–11:07am. There were maybe 5–6 cars ahead of me and we ordered two coffees, nothing so far indicated that this trip would take close to 40 minutes. This wait time is not unusual—this has happened to me before, and multiple coworkers of mine have had the same experience, to the point where people generally recommend avoiding this location. One characteristic of a franchise is the items should taste the same each and every time. This is not true of the coffees you get at THIS Dunkin. We always order the same drink every time, so we know exactly how they should taste. To this location’s credit, they’re usually absolutely delicious like they should be. Today was not that way. What we got tasted so bitter it was almost unbearable. Luckily we realized this before leaving the parking lot so parked and walked up to the window. I ordered through door dash to get a dozen donuts, 2 boston kreme, 2 chocolate frosted, 4 glazed, 2 glazed chocolate, 2 to vanilla creme. all i received was 6 glazed, 3 wheat glazed? and 3 chocolate frosted with sprinkles. I tried to call into the 1500 SW 6th Ave. Topeka KS location but was unable to get ahold of anyone so I called the other location in Topeka just for some kid to tell me that the 6th Ave. location hasn't had a phone in over a year now. I am extremely disappointed in the staff for not relaying this information too the door dash driver prior to sealing the box, This is complete

It’s extremely messed up to call the police on a homeless person for eating trash and trespassing them for it. Not only this, I’ve seen a male manager sitting down multiple times on his phone will I’ve waited at the pickup window being completely ignored. Glad you get paid to scroll on TikTok and also be rude to the homeless. (Sarcasm!)
