This Dunkin location is frustrating to use. They don’t accept the app barcode for rewards, and mobile ordering isn’t available, which defeats the purpose of using the app in the first place. The setup for paying and picking up orders is also confusing and feels poorly organized. Overall, not a convenient or user-friendly experience.

They they close at seven and it’s 626 and they’re already closed train station how can you close before the station closes?

Now usually my matcha is perfect today it taste like coffee. I threw away an entire medium cup of matcha. I’m actually upset!!

Place was as quality as the photo I took. This establishment does not belong in a busy train transit center. The lines are uber-cramped, especially since there are TWO separate businesses in a space the size of Harry Potter's bedroom. Also my order got mixed up but I was betting on that as soon as I walked in. The food was hot atleast and the servers were kind, solid 2.04 stars.
