Fairly good place one of my sons favorite. Pros-He loves the Mac and cheese. And the cinnamon rolls. Atmosphere- reasonably clean, bathroom towels are akward... Service workers were helpful and friendly Cons- the kiosk didn't work appropriately, and we had to order the meal twice.Because the first time it didn't take. The food quality has gone done since the buy out. It used to be all real ingredients now it is ok...sad. I miss the old panera.

This is my daily morning coffee stop! I've saved a ton of money by getting my coffee here while I'm on the go with their Sip Club Program. As a delivery driver, I have frequented nearly all of the Panera locations in the Portland and Salem areas, and this location is my hands down favorite. The staff is attentive, hard working, and friendly. The store ambiance is inviting and facilities are clean and well stocked. Good vibes all around.

No drive thru at this location, so i went inside to order and had to practically convince the manager to honor a discount I got via email, which he said was for a limited time and wasn't available anymore, even though I got the promo email that day. Staff seemed judgy which put a bad vibe throughout the restaurant. So I ended up ordering to go. Food came out relatively fast, was delicious, and made exactly to order. That being said, I'll probably choose a different location next time.

Corporate bought by private equity (JAB) and is slowly destroying the brand like they do with every other PI purchase. I honestly feel sorry for the franchisee. Panera has always been a little more pricey, but quality was there and consistent. My recent visit was really disappointing. The food was just not what it used to be. Small portions and totally forgettable. You can tell the bread is partially cooked and frozen and "baked" at the store. Sorry. My family used to absolutely love this place. Maybe I'll give it another try, but doubt it at the current prices.
