I am ashamed. I deliberately avoided reviewing this place because I don't want a bunch of people to show up and spoil it. I have been coming here for 10 years and never once got a bad cup of coffee. I can be working an hour away and decide to make the drive just to make sure my Dunkin is done right. After another experience I just had, I realized how grateful I am for the great people, great coffee and great experiences. Hands down-the best.

My experience at this Jimmy John’s was very disappointing. During my visit, I encountered behavior that came across as racially biased. No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected because of their race. Businesses should create a welcoming environment for everyone. I encourage management to provide better training and ensure all customers are treated fairly.
