Coming to this location has been an up and down experience. Every other bagel I get looks similar to this one. Hardly any spread and it is not toasted. Employees are nice, but maybe a little more consideration on food presentation.

My bf and I went to Einsteins prob about 20min ago, we went thru drive-thru. I ordered an everything bagel with nova lox, no tomato, no capers!!!! We repeated it to them three times and I got a Carmel cold brew shake small. First the girl at the window was so rude she threw the card back at us and when my bf said thank you she just rolled her eyes and walked off. The whole place smelt like it was on fire and my shake was already melted when she handed it over. So we then get home and I open my bagel so excited to eat cuz I grew up on Einsteins and the whole thing is covered in capers like just

I've visited this location several times, and my experience has been inconsistent. On some visits, the bagels have been fresh and delicious, while on others, the quality has been noticeably lacking. Consistency is important, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience with the food. What has been consistently disappointing, however, is the iced coffee. Every time I've ordered one, it has been served lukewarm rather than properly cold. I've never encountered this issue at other coffee chains such as Dunkin or Starbucks. Hair in my Maplehouse Bagel, look at the egg on the bottom and you'll see the tiny bit there. My hair is too long for that to be mine. Do better.
