I've been a regular customer here over the past five years. At my last visit all of the employees looked busy so I grabbed a smaller cup that looked the same as what I had been handed in the past when I asked for a water cup and filled it with water only. Someone who I can only assume is a manager came and flagged me down, rudely demanding that I pay for a normal drink. Despite explaining the situation and years of patronage, they still insisted that I pay for a drink, so I obliged to avoid confrontation. And get this, they took the plastic cup I had and threw it away and gave me a medium pap
