Christina G★★★★First time at Patys! Cute little diner - and clean. Service is okay, our waitress was very nice but she didn’t check on us for the duration of our visit. Only at the end when we were ready to get the check. We ordered coffee, chicken tenders & fries, and the buttermilk pancakes. The pancakes were especially good (I always order them at diners and these were 5/5).

I ordered a Patty Melt and it was quite delicious. It comes in sourdough. I'd never had a patty melt on sourdough. With sweet potato fries. Yummo!! My cousin ordered Avocado toast. She enjoyed it. We stayed another few hours. And our next server was Heather. I had to go inside to order out Fish n Chips. She brought our food out and we never saw her again until she brought the check. She did not come back to our table again unt

Orange thick batter we see at fast food chains. My guest got a steak medium. It wasn't medium cooked. Outdoor seating is nice and plenty of parking.
