First time at Patys! Cute little diner - and clean. Service is okay, our waitress was very nice but she didn’t check on us for the duration of our visit. Only at the end when we were ready to get the check. We ordered coffee, chicken tenders & fries, and the buttermilk pancakes. The pancakes were especially good (I always order them at diners and these were 5/5).

First time here. Food was good. My cousin and I were here for hours. Our first server Lauren, was great. She was patient wine we waited for our other cousins to arrive. I ordered a Patty Melt and it was quite delicious. It comes in sourdough. I'd never had a patty melt on sourdough. With sweet potato fries. Yummo!! My cousin ordered Avocado toast. She enjoyed it. We stayed another few hours. And our next server was Heather. I had to go inside to order out Fish n Chips. She brought our food out and we never saw her again until she brought the check. She did not come back to our table again unt

Got the fish and chips. They were over fried. Dry and over cooked. Got the onion rings. They are basically from a frozen bag just like the fish and chips. Orange thick batter we see at fast food chains. My guest got a steak medium. It wasn't medium cooked. Outdoor seating is nice and plenty of parking.

Visited this place for a brunch. We ordered pancakes and chicken parmesan. The food arrived on our table shortly. The taste is great. Outdoor seating added a nice touch to our atmosphere. Highly recommend this place.
