I love Chick-fil-A and so does my family and I have never issued a complaint with anything dealing with Chick-fil-A because the service and the food has always been grea, but I am a DoorDasher and a new Door-Dasher at that. When I went to do a pick up at this location on yesterday, the service was horrible. There was a confusion between the app and the restaurant. The app says to go through the drive-through for pick up but actually You have to go inside to pick up the order. I didn’t know this. No greeting from the girl at the drive thru. She just stood there staring blankly. I asked how she was doing and she continued to stand there blankly. All she said after everything was "ok". Just a weird interaction overall. They handed me a drink with a lid that was halfway off with coke down the side of it, and the brownie was just dry, and we didn't get the other one that we ordered, which was not a loss in the end. The food was otherwise fine.

This location has, by far, the freshest and hottest food in the MANY area CFA's I go to. Fries are hot. Sandwich is hot, bun is fresh. THANK YOU! Service was what you expect from CFA as well. Thank you for keeping the CFA standards Truett Cathy established and not allow busyness diminish that.
