I got carry out and ordered 1 Cha Shu Bao and 1 Signature Tonkotsu with extra Pork Belly which was a mistake bc the pork belly was tough and poorly executed. Even when ramen is bad at least the pork belly is tender and has good fat in most cases but this one was like biting into a well done steak with no marbling 😭(I will add photos where you can see that the pork is dense and the color of it is also off). One of my Favorite Ramen places to eat in, decided to get a take out order. Ramen is definitely better to eat at location but was still great.

This is a 5 by definition. Wonderful Authentic Ramen and side dishes prepared perfectly. I tried a bowl called The Red Dragon. When I got excited about choosing a spice level of 3 out of 4 I was warned by my waitress to step down if it was my first time. Dropped to 2 and it was just right for me. The noodles were a perfect consistency and texture and the pork was incredibly tender. Will 100% return and recommend.
