David Paul★Went to the drive thru. Had a slight wait for the car ahead. I was greeted with "We are in the middle of a shift change. Can wait like 30 seconds?" I agreed, as this is not an inordinate amout of time. Three minutes later and not so much as a "boo". Very poor customer service. I left hungry to say the least. At least check back with your customer Wendy. If you are loosing market share, look no further than the mirror and this particular store.

Waiting over 20 minutes at a drive-thru for something as simple as ice cream is unacceptable, especially when there was no communication staff. Sitting at the window without any acknowledgment leaves customers wondering if they’ve been forgotten entirely. To make matters worse, I wasn’t even provided a receipt at the end of the transaction. Good customer service starts with basic communication and efficiency, and unfortunately this visit fell far short on both.
