Went to the drive thru. Had a slight wait for the car ahead. I was greeted with "We are in the middle of a shift change. Can wait like 30 seconds?" I agreed, as this is not an inordinate amout of time. Three minutes later and not so much as a "boo". Very poor customer service. I left hungry to say the least. At least check back with your customer Wendy. If you are loosing market share, look no further than the mirror and this particular store.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Waiting over 20 minutes at a drive-thru for something as simple as ice cream is unacceptable, especially when there was no communication staff. Sitting at the window without any acknowledgment leaves customers wondering if they’ve been forgotten entirely. To make matters worse, I wasn’t even provided a receipt at the end of the transaction. Good customer service starts with basic communication and efficiency, and unfortunately this visit fell far short on both. Every time I come to this location my food is always cold and people are always screaming in the back . None of the employees wear the uniform’s, hair nets, or hats. Today I watched Two employees eat a customers fries out of their food and eat them but that’s not even the worse thing that happened today . What’s making me write this review today is I asked my food to be made to order, the cashier asked the manager for everything to be fresh and he comes up to me and says “ none of our food is premade, everything is fresh”… I then said that’s not what I asked I want all my food to be made as I
