I ordered a cappuccino, like a typical tourist, and had to clean the table where I was going to sit. All the tables were covered in crumbs and ketchup stains. I pointed out that the tables were dirty and that I would clean the one I was going to sit at myself, but a customer shouldn't have to clean their own table. There were three employees, and even when a fourth arrived, none of them bothered to clean the tables. I decided not to order a muffin because the place didn't seem hygienic at all. The worst customer service: they don't serve you what you ask for, they give you what they want. And then they don't take responsibility for refunding their poorly made product. I have ordered a berry smoothie and every time they send me crushed ice with horrible tea. Don't go to this place. Don't waste your money, look for another place where they know how to prepare their drinks.

They are extraordinarily slow. Expect to wait a half hour or more just for a latte. The ac hasn't been working for months. It is extremely dirty and not maintained. Avoid this Dunkin if possible.
