I will admit that I was disappointed to learn they changed the taco recipe. While I personally preferred the previous version and disagree with the decision to alter it, I appreciate a restaurant willing to evolve and try new things. When I mentioned my disappointment, the staff recommended the salmon coconut curry instead—and I am glad they did.
