I had the pleasure of dining at Great White in Venice today, and the experience left a lasting impression. I will admit that I was disappointed to learn they changed the taco recipe. While I personally preferred the previous version and disagree with the decision to alter it, I appreciate a restaurant willing to evolve and try new things. When I mentioned my disappointment, the staff recommended the salmon coconut curry instead—and I am glad they did. Had a great experience here. The food was delicious, but the service was what really stood out to me. Everyone was incredibly friendly, from the host to the staff bringing out the food. I wish I had gotten my server's name because she was awesome and deserved a shoutout. It's rare to find a place where everyone seems genuinely happy to help
