Belen and Crystal are both professional and personable. Hard workers who put the customer first. The location was so hot this morning, the air conditioning is not working. They have a fan…really? The owner needs to replace the air, the workers and the donuts are melting. Poor atmosphere, it’s 100 degrees outside and these workers have to work with no air? Ridiculous.

Visited this location on June 4, 2026. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I asked for my iced drink with less ice because the cup was mostly filled with ice, and I also requested that my twist be warmed up. The employee responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. Customer service was lacking, and the interaction made me feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training. I have her name i don’t want to share

This morning's donut tastes like it was made yesterday. I don't think I will go here next time.

Pretty rude staff especially cashiers. Asked a question about a drink and she seemed annoyed. Drinks were ok. Not worth to return back again though.
