I don't know what it is about this location, but just recently, I've had to order delivery because I am recovering from a medical procedure and I can't go to that location. Whoever is checking for quality control is not doing a good job. This is like the third time that I have ordered and my order is incorrect or missing items. Frankly i'm tired of contacting their customer care and this last time they never bothered to respond to my missing item. It is fine because there are other breakfast places out here who get it right.

This Panera Bread is located in the Vienna Shopping Center, providing ample parking space for customers. We were looking for a breakfast spot in the area and found this one nearby. It offered various breakfast options, coffee and tea choices, and pastries. The coffee tasted good, and the iced caramel latte was perfect. However, the caffe latte with Madagascar Vanilla Syrup could have been better; I will order a regular caffe latte next time. The Chipotle Chicken sandwich with egg and avocado was good, but it could have used more sauce as it felt dry. The Brioche bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich

This is a nice place with healthy menu options both in the type of food and the portion sizes. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable and welcoming. They offer free WiFi and there is always an assortment of people there working on the next great novel or their doctoral thesis. The only down side is the food which is just blah! It's not bad by any means but it's also completely forgettable. I would describe the food as serviceable.

Good location overall. I was there during the morning, and there was plenty of seating available the entire time. Food service was also prompt, and the order was correct. On the downside, the drink station is a little tight, and can be a bit of a choke point. Later in the day, parking can also become tighter as traffic picks up.
