Food is great, people are nice. But in no situation should it take over 50 minutes to get a simple sandwich and mac pick 2, not once but twice. I understand being short staffed, but there is no communication and no excuse for time of service to be that extreme. I love Panera but don’t have time in the day to wait up to an hour for a $10 meal.
