Becca★★★★To me, I think of Culver's as the Chick-Fil-A of burger places. Every experience is full of employees that are super polite and courteous. They bring the food to you as it is not a slap together type of chain. The food is delicious, the frozen custard is delicious. I don't believe i've ever had a bad experience at a Culvers. This particular location is one of the only locations close to my area, so it's always a special treat for me when I get to stop by and visit.

Jackson was the cook and he was beyond RUDE TO THE POINT I SAW AND HEARD HIS WHOLE INTERACTION WITH THE EMPLOYEES. MY FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. Jordyn Speakman★The food itself isn’t the issue — it’s the customer service that left a bad taste. I ordered the Buttery Parmesan Chicken sandwich with no tomato. What arrived at my table was a burger, completely wrong order, tomato included. When I brought it to the counter to have it corrected, instead of a simple apology and a swap, I was met with interrogation. A staff member began asking me to essentially prove that my order was wrong, requesting a specific part of the packaging before she’d agree to fix it.
